About Us

Dr. Dupper is the owner of Vein Treatment Specialists, PC. Dr. Dupper founded Vein Treatment specialists in 2006 with the mission to relieve the pain, discomfort, medical complications, and cosmetic embarrassment caused by chronic venous insufficiency (varicose veins). Dr. Dupper strives to use the most technologically advanced treatments available for varicose veins. If you suffer from pain, swelling, itching, restless legs, heaviness, scarring, non-healing skin ulcers, or the emotional embarrassment caused by varicose veins, there is an easy, safe, and convenient solution. Dr. Dupper, a Diplomat of the American Board of Phlebology, specializes in treating chronic venous reflux disease, otherwise known as varicose veins and spider veins. All our treatment is done in our comfortable clinic, and does not involve a hospital or surgery center operating room. There is no general anesthesia and no long recovery period. In fact, most of our patients return to work and normal activity within a day or two.

Consultations / Appointments

Please call us today at 1-877-LAZ-VEIN, or 970-776-1600 to set up an appointment. Your initial appointment will include a duplex ultrasound examination. Wear comfortable shoes, and drink plenty of water. The exam is usually done with you standing, and usually takes over an hour. We will discuss vein disease and treatment with you so you will be fully informed. We will also give you our recommendations for the treatment of YOUR vein disease.

Are you uncertain if you really have varicose vein disease? Ask for a short vein screening. This is our gift to you.  You will need to make an appointment at a different time for your initial evaluation. At your initial evaluation and ultrasound exam, we will discuss vein disease and treatment with you so you will be fully informed.

Cancellation Policy

At Vein Treatment Specialists, PC, we understand that life has unexpected events. If you experience an unexpected interruption in your schedule, it is your duty to notify us as soon as you are aware of the emergency preventing you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations and "no-shows," leave us standing around twiddling our thumbs while other patients are anxiously waiting to fill the first vacancy or cancellation on our schedule. Be kind to your neighbor and call us as soon as you know you will not make your appointment. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us no later than one full working day prior to your appointment. We will happily reschedule you, and another patient will happily fill your vacancy.

  • We require at least 48 hours notice prior to the day of your appointment for cancellation of any scheduled procedures, including Sclerotherapy and EVLA. Patients who do not provide adequate cancellation notice will be charged a $500 cancellation fee. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter. We will be happy to discuss your particular situation causing you to miss your appointment. The dog ate my appointment card is not a good explanation.

  • If you accumulate 3 cancellations or no-shows, we may place you on a "schedule based on availability" list. This will require you to call for an appointment on each day you would like to be treated; we will do everything possible to accommodate you, as space on the schedule permits.

This policy allows us to provide the most timely service to all our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
